Nearly three-quarters of the world’s richest people own digital assets

We have informed you many times that digital assets, as well as the NFT, are popular among the rich people in the world, with perhaps the most well-known examples being Elon Musk, Michael Jordan, Eminem, and Justin Bieber. However, a new survey conducted by the Capgemini Research Institute revealed relatively interesting information. This survey was conducted on a sample of 2,973 global individuals, to put it simply – they have a lot of money. To be more specific, 54% of respondents said their net worth ranged from $1 million to $30 million, while 46% said their assets exceeded $30 million.

The survey focused on asking investors about investment preferences for emerging asset classes, which include digital assets, as well as ETFs, NFTs, and metaverse products. The survey found that up to nine out of ten investors under the age of 40 have at least one cryptocurrency. However, perhaps the biggest surprise was the finding that up to 71% of all respondents owned some digital assets. In other words, almost three-quarters of the world’s richest people own digital assets. We can see so clearly that a lot of people already know about cryptocurrencies.
