Rafael Hernadez, President of the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico, said that a meeting with the blockchain community had already been agreed this month, as they plan to create computer software that will be built directly into the country’s protocols. Hernandez also surprisingly added that the vision of Puerto Rico is, as in many other countries, to become a center of cryptocurrencies.
