However, thanks to Chainanalysis, the global index of cryptocurrency adoption today gives us numbers that confirm that interest in cryptocurrencies is literally growing rocketing.
The chart you can see above shows us the development of cryptocurrency adoption, representing up to 154 countries around the world from the third quarter of 2019 to the second quarter of 2021. This index score was calculated based on several factors, but when looking at the graph, it is to see that the increase is literally massive and it is extremely interesting to follow the development in individual periods. As you can see, at the end of the second quarter of 2021, the score is 24, which means that global adoption of cryptocurrencies has increased by more than 2,300% since the third quarter of 2019, while last year alone global adoption of cryptocurrencies has increased by more than 881%. As you can see, these are crazy numbers, and we firmly believe that a similar trend will continue.
