Despite the smaller decline we have seen in the crypto market since Monday, we have another literally gigantic positive message for the whole world. The largest Latin American investment bank has officially announced its entry into the world of cryptocurrencies while allowing its clients to invest in this sector. We are talking specifically about the Brazilian bank BTG Pactual, which, just out of curiosity, managed total assets of $ 72.6 billion last year alone.
The bank allows its clients to invest in cryptocurrencies through their crypto application called Mynt. According to the available information, trading with only two cryptocurrencies will be available so far, namely BTC and ETH. According to Andre Portilh, head of digital assets at BTG Pactual, a wide range of crypto active assets will later be available to the public.
“At this first moment, we will have the two main digital assets in the market, but we will include other cryptos for trading over time. We will have a complete platform with blockchain-based assets.“
